In-Office | No Travel | Directly Supporting Ownership

This role requires real platform knowledge.

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales professional to operate from headquarters, working directly with ownership. This is not a remote position. There is no travel.

You will represent the brand to dealers and customers who expect technical competence and professional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound dealer and customer communication

  • Build and maintain dealer relationships

  • Provide accurate technical guidance on suppressors, mounting systems, and host compatibility

  • Process and track orders with precision

  • Support strategic sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of firearms and suppressor platforms (required)

  • Produce professional-grade product imagery and video

General Laborer / Metal Prep Technician

Manufacturing | In-Office

Precision begins before final assembly.

We are seeking a disciplined Metal Prep Technician to support production operations. This role directly impacts fit, finish, and structural integrity.

Attention to detail is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Cut, deburr, grind, sand, and heat-treat materials to specification

  • Assemble components and perform bead blasting and finishing processes

  • Maintain organization and operational readiness within the prep room

  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance

  • Manage inventory of tools and materials

  • Support overall efficiency of the machine shop

Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred

  • Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance

  • Proficient with hand tools and precision measuring instruments

  • Experience operating mills and lathes

  • Working knowledge of quality inspection procedures
