How to create your ATF eForms account:

1. Go to https://eforms.atf.gov/login
2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the green “Register” button.
3. Follow the prompts and be sure to fill out all information.
4. When complete, at the bottom of the page click register.
5. You should receive an email from eForms confirming your registration.
6. Please notate your username and PIN number and bring that with you. *username should be first initial, first 5 letters of your last name, followed by 5 numbers*

SC Drivers license or state-issued ID

Credit card for ATF Tax stamp ($200)
Your Social Security Number
Payment for the silencer (Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover)
Concealed Carry Permit (If you have one)
Your Military Orders (if applicable)
During your appointment, your headshot photo will be taken. Please avoid wearing hats, coats, hoodies, or clothing with text or images. Please do not bring the firearms you want to suppress unless we have specifically requested that you bring them. Concealed and open carry are welcome, HOWEVER, your firearms must be holstered.
