Always ensure proper maintenance to keep your suppressor functioning efficiently.

You can use a sonic cleaner, however, do not let the parts touch the sonic cleaner tank or each other. Suspend each part separately in the tank.

Do Not use a cleaning patch in your barrel. Use a bore snake. Specialty bore snakes are available at this link but are not required: https://shop.innovativearms.com/product/integral-boresnake/

Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions for the Integral IASC9 and IASC9-K Suppressor

  1. Cleaning Frequency
    • The Integral suppressor requires minimal maintenance.
    • Clean at least every 500 rounds and/or when you can shake the firearm and hear unburnt powder, lead, or debris moving inside (similar to a sand-like sound).
  2. Cleaning the Core
    • The core is made of 17-4 PH stainless steel.
    • You may use any gun cleaner of your choice on the core.
  3. Cleaning the Cups
    • The cups are made of Type 3 hardcoat anodized 6061 aluminum.
    • Only use a non-ammonia-based cleaner to avoid damage.
  4. Reassembly After Cleaning
    • Apply a light coat of dielectric grease where the cups contact each other, as well as on the core and barrel threads.
    • Use the provided tool to tighten the suppressor against the barrel shoulder.
    • No torque specifications are required—when the suppressor shoulders against the barrel, proper bore alignment and cup sealing will be achieved.
